UXUI Designer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UXUI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user experience design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both upstream and downstream teams. Responsibilities:

Create compelling and user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile applications, as well as websites.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding how to coordinate with both upstream and downstream stakeholders in projects.

Translate user requirements into low-fidelity prototypes quickly and efficiently.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Conduct user research and usability evaluate user feedback to enhance designs.

Create low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specification files.

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and technical constraints.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Apply expertise in various mainstream design software to craft exceptional user experiences.

Apply design thinking methodologies and processes and have knowledge of product design methodologies (a plus).

Foster a cooperative spirit, sharing knowledge and experiences with team members.

Maintain curiosity and enthusiasm for new knowledge and technology.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a UXUI Designer.

Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability evaluation.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with typical user study and analysis methods.

Ability to quickly transfer user requirements into low-fidelity prototypes.

Experience with desktop and mobile app design, as well as website design.

Solid understanding of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Familiarity with design thinking methodology and process.

Fluent in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).

Master's degree (a plus).

Consulting experience (a plus).

Experience in 2B projects (a plus).

Experience in projects of life science industry (a plus)
