You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing our future talent at all levels, enjoying a dynamic role that ranges from proactive sourcing, interviewing and aligning candidates with our business needs to ensure our new recruits feel supported.

Day-to-day, you will

Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process as part of GC recruitment team.

Source passive candidates through referrals, internet searches, LinkedIn and other job board databases; generate qualified candidates through direct sourcing.

Pre-screen potential candidates for: motivation, availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.

Manage recruiting data integrity and tracking for your region.

Provide weekly and monthly recruitment metrics to inform regional leadership on the progress.

You understand what motivates people and drives businesses. You’re an authentic and engaging storyteller with an enviable network built through cultivating professional relationships. You’re reciprocal and confident, and you’re inspired to explore and develop creative strategies.

Your skills

You’ve had plenty of success recruiting and are ready for your next challenge. You quickly connect with people because you’re as passionate about change and innovation as they are. Your strong communication and presentation skills, adaptability and collaborative working style stem from experience in a complex environment, such as consulting.

At least 3-5 years of prior work experience

Management consulting experience/’hot’(technical) skill in recruitment preferred

Excellent presentation and communication skills, including active listening and storytelling

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Psychology recommended;
