职位描述

As a Consultant, IT Engineer, you will contribute to the overall IT Support function. You will leverage your technical knowledge and provide technical support for our clients, especially for escalated issues from more junior team members. Additionally, you will ensure defined procedures, practices and methods are being adhered to by the junior team members. Overall, you will work closely with upper management to resolve simple to complex issues within your department. 

 


Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Help with the Microsoft Cloud capability assessment. 
  • Build technical development plan on Microsoft Cloud. 
  • Review and give guidance on Microsoft Cloud solution, and make sure the designed architecture is reasonable and workable. 

 


We hope you: 

Deep understanding of:  

  • Fluent Japanese in both written and spoken is mandatory 
  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent), preferably in IT-related field 
  • Solid hands-on coding experience in Microsoft technology domain 
  • Deep technical experience in Office 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Security, Power Apps, and Power BI

  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions

  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture
  • Have one of the following Associate Certifications (or equivalent): Developer Associate (MS-600), Security Administrator Associate (MS-500), Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400),  or prepared to attain certification within 3 months.

  • Experienced problem solver able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
