The CRM Talent Community 

The CRM Talent Community consists of 15 CRM talent community members ranging between juniors and seniors. We’ve got solution architects, business analysts, full-stack developers, and functional consultants. We primarily work with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. We often collaborate with the other talent communities, especially with the Analytics Talent Community and the Software Engineering Talent Community. This opens for a lot of learning and development opportunities within other areas as well as our own.

CRM is at the heart of everything you do. Whether you’re working with your development team or collaborating with your clients, your energy, technical knowledge, soft skills and organizational skills inspire and develop the people around you.


Your role 

You will collaborate with project teams in customizing, developing, integrating, and extending Dynamics 365 CE and utilize the Power Platform to meet client needs. You will guide the customer and your team to develop the optimal solution, which you will then implement. You will contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).


Qualifications

You have a passion for Microsoft technology. You understand the nuts and bolts of Dynamics 365 solutions and have hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents). You also have experience with C# for developing plugins and workflow activities. You should be able to utilize the power of different Azure components (e.g., Logic Apps and Azure Functions), including experience in working with Azure DevOps. Experience with JavaScript/React.js or other front-end frameworks is a plus.

You are likely to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Technology, or Engineering. You are likely to have 3-5 or more years of relevant work experience, including Dynamics 365 CE. We expect that you speak Norwegian and English fluently in the context of work.
