Our Nordic ERP Talent Community is growing! We are looking for enthusiastic and growth-oriented Business Application Solution Architect to build and grow our Dynamics 365 F&O business. We have Solution Architects, Application Consultants, Technical Architects as well as Business Process Leads. We Primarily work with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) with Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Retail Processes to name a few. We often collaborate with other Avanade Talent Communities, who are skilled in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Analytics, Azure integration services and Change Management.

More about the role

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect, you will work closely together with our Business Developers securing successful pre-sales activities to our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for solutioning, successful scoping and delivery of ERP projects to Avanade clients.

You will ensure the quality and thoroughness of the analysis performed under your supervision and gather approvals for project deliverables. You will be responsible for maintaining requirements packages and leading work plan tasks, as well as identifying and mitigating risks. In addition, you are responsible for your team’s delivery securing the highest possible quality.

In this role, you will plan and execute the growth in this business area together with industry leads and business developers in connection with our Nordic strategy. You will have experienced and supportive colleagues in the Nordic Business Application organization to help you thrive.

You will:

• Support clients in defining and implementing integrated solutions and liaise closely with all relevant partners and teams to develop effective concepts
• Scope, plan, and budget to controll and report – you’ll manage the whole project cycle
• Last but not least, you’ll ensure first class client lead and guide colleagues in demanding pre-sales projects

Is this you or could it be you with a little help from our unlimited learning?

Your technical and non-technical skills include: 

• A proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O consulting and deep understanding of the D365 ERP value-chain. 
• Results oriented and self-directed ability to drive change in a complex environment. 
• Strong business acumen. 
• Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills - "Costumer Focus" and a strong relationships builder. 
• Strong time management skills. 
• Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology and Microsoft platform skills. 
• Strong analytical mind with a talent for leading and mentoring others. 
• Skilled at distilling information into insights that can be used to compete and win. 
• Resilient, flexible, able to work autonomously and in teams.

• Possess hunger and a big drive for constantly being up to date with technology and new features and changes. 
• Possess a "can do - will do" attitude, that guarantees the absolute best client experience. 
• Have a strong interest and passion for growing your own technology skills especially within Cloud & Azure. 
• Have excellent written and oral/presentation skills in English and one Scandinavian language. 
• Have delivered and won a pre-sales case
