Job Description

We are looking for a highly effective hands on Digital Customer Solution Architect to join our team to design and deploy customer centric solutions that focus on improving customer experience at every touchpoint between our client and their customers.

Our engagements employ leading digital experience, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.

As a Solution Architect you will work with C-level leadership at Avanade’s enterprise clients to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. You will need to establish and work with multi-disciplinary teams of digital strategists, experience designers and experience technologists. You will have experience of delivering CX initiatives utilizing design led and agile methodologies, with strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital experience and customer engagement platforms preferably based on the Microsoft platform (Dynamics365 CRM, Adobe Marketing Cloud , Sitecore) but also experience on other platforms is valuable.

Based on the experience and skills of the candidate the role can be extended to take on the responsibility of Offering Lead for growing our Digital Marketing, Sales and Service business.

About you

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to consult with clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles
  • Experience with business development pursuits, leading client pitches, RFPs, proposals, demos and statements of work.
  • Engagement with cross-functional Avanade and Accenture teams to translate client digital business strategies into digital solutions that meet client objectives leveraging the whole Microsoft platform
  • Talent for connecting with offshore and global teams to facilitate project work
  • Expertise in Defining Digital solutions in line with business and technical landscape and requirements
  • Ability to lead opportunities and customer proposals
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Market leading CRM systems and Data Management Platforms

To take on the offering lead role you will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Drive our Digital business in the region in the mentioned domains by drafting and executing our go to market strategy
  • Build and lead a team of highly skilled strategists and architects for solution planning & design efforts 
  • Drive regional partner relationships with multiple digital and commerce vendors
  • Partner with regional capability lead on workforce strategy, balancing supply vs demand
