Job Description

The Poland Talent Acquisition Team is looking to add a new member. Your main job will involve leading an end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles (software developers, QA engineers, etc.) for our newly open office in Warsaw.

Day to day you will take full ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process:

  • Prepare job postings, review applications, and source candidates using various channels
  • Screen, shortlist candidates and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews, update the ATS, keep clear and detailed records
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting

Additionally You Will:

  • Investigate the market in order to ensure the usage of all possible recruitment channels
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Business
  • Create great candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding activities
  • Share your brilliant ideas and proposing process improvements

About You:

  • At least 2 years of prior sourcing/recruiting experience in the IT field
  • A good command of both, English and Polish required
  • Proactivity, aim to constantly explore, improve and learn new things
  • Great attention to details and orientation to quality
  • Good organizational skills, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Computer skills in Social Media, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e Avature, Taleo, iCIMS) 
  • Basic knowledge of computer science/IT terms allowing you to understand differences between various IT roles and communicate with candidates effectively
  • Passion and empathy for others, which helps you ensure candidates understand & appreciate our company culture and vibe
  • Finally, you are an exceptional teammate that has a positive attitude and loves to have fun at work
