Job Description
- Provide consulting to clients on Microsoft 365 solutions like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Windows 10
- Shape end-to-end solutions and solution architectures around Microsoft 365 & digital workplace solutions, including estimation and solution planning
- Work closely with business users, engineers and change managers, as a subject matter expert in digital workplace solutions
- Lead the collection of business requirements and the design/development of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Assist with the development of workplace design standards related to Microsoft 365
- Manage standards for overall organization's identify management application integration, middleware interfaces and architecture
- Serve as technical expert responsible for implementation of application and enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle space
- Lead technical design sessions for Microsoft 365 related projects with cross-technical teams
- Develop and document the solution architecture specifications
- Support project teams during the implementation and transition phases
- 5 years' + of relevant professional experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Office 365 service, and all required tools and products
- Advanced knowledge designing, supporting, and upgrading Active Director environments (Authentication, Authorization, Group Policy Objects, LDAP, PKI, DNS, ADFS, MIM/PAM, LAPS etc)
- Managing identify and access on-premise with Active Directory and in the cloud with Azure Active Directory
- Secure Hybrid environments (AD Connect and authentication)
- Azure AD Self-service password reset, Azure AD access reviews
- Azure AD App Registration, Directory roles
- Authentication Methods (sign-on security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) device sign-on methods, Azure Seamless SSO, ADFS, ADFS, Proxy, PHS and PTA)
- Azure AD Conditional Access (Compliance and conditional access policies, device compliance policy, conditions access policy)
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Azure AD (Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Azure AD Identity Protection (User risk policy and sign-in risk policy)
- Azure ATP (Plan and implementation threat protection)
- Fluent in English (Level C2 as per the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
- Master's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft 365 Certified
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
