Avanade is looking for a Director and Senior Director with extensive consulting experience to expand its Advisory sector. The Advisory Sector focuses on proposals that contribute to the company's overall growth, providing clients with added value in terms of both planning and execution, including strategy formulation, business reform, and the promotion of practical digital transformation. Armed with global and digital expertise and a wealth of solutions, we work closely with clients from the three perspectives of "business," "operations," and "systems," and make a significant contribution to client growth with Avanade's comprehensive capabilities.

As a director or senior director, you will form a team and present innovative and optimal proposals and solutions to clients by combining our cutting-edge knowledge, technology, and experience in the digital domain, and furthermore, you will support the creation of new markets and businesses. In addition to maximizing the performance of the Advisory sector, you will also be proactively involved in the growth of the firm. In these areas, we are looking for someone who has the knowledge and enthusiasm to discuss both business and technology from a company-wide perspective.

About the role:

- Forming a hybrid strategic and digital team from the advisory sector, multitasking across multiple projects and sales activities.

-Advise clients on their competitive environment, not only by developing business strategies, but also by fully understanding the impact of digital and proactively proposing appropriate measures to realize their business strategies.

-Provide innovative proposals based on keen insight into the essential issues and control expectations appropriately to maximize the company's revenue and achieve unparalleled reputation with the client at the same time.

-Maximize the performance of your own division through organizational management, while proactively participating in the growth of the firm.

-Contribute to improving the competitiveness of the entire organization by actively transferring knowledge internally and conducting promotional activities externally.

-Lead the development of new services and solutions that solve client issues.

-Basically, work from home or in the office, but may be required to travel to distant locations for project reasons or for extended periods of time.

Your skills and experience:

-Longstanding front-line experience as a management consultant (10 years or more as a rule of thumb)

-Extensive experience in business strategy development and execution, including business strategy planning, mid-term planning, and new business launches.

-Deep knowledge of a specific industry or solution, and influential in the industry through speaking engagements and writing.

-Deep expertise in data, digital, and technology, especially at the leading edge, and a leader in the industry as a whole.

-Experience in organizational management as a department head (business portfolio management and direction decisions, sales and delivery responsibilities, KPI management, assignment decisions, hiring and development, etc.)
