For our Manufacturing innovation hub in Bologna, we are looking for Dynamics 365 EAM Functional Consultant. 

Job Description

Enterprise Asset Management helps businesses avoid costly breakdowns and improve the effectiveness of mobile and field-based employees. You’ll be solving your client’s challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through the EAM Module of Dynamics 365. Working in the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical, admin or operational support.

As a Functional Enterprise Asset Management Consultant: 

• You are a client-facing consultant and together with your team, you are responsible for the delivery of EAM projects.
• You have 3+ years’ experience on the EAM module of Dynamics 365 and related ISVs
• You map the processes that are carried out at our customers in the field of EAM and related processes. 
• You collect the requirements, make a design of the solution that supports and optimizes the business processes of our customers in the best way. 
• Together with a team of other experts, both onshore and offshore, you ensure that the desired solution is delivered, tested, and implemented. 
• You also contribute to any aftercare, such as organizing and providing workshops for users. 
• The knowledge of Data & AI technologies is a plus

This role is open to candidates around the world that are willing to relocate in Bologna (Italy). 

Qualifications

• Significant practical and functional experience with the implementation of Dynamics 365 EAM module and related ISVs.
• You have a strong knowledge of EAM modules and being Microsoft certified is an advantage.
• The knowledge of the Supply Chain Modules and Manufacturing Modules will be highly appreciated
• Conceptual knowledge of other Dynamics 365 Applications (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Field Services, HR etc.)
• Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Apps, Azure etc.
• Fluency (written and oral) in English
• You are able to quickly understand customer processes in the field of Manufacturing and to write a functional design. 
• Excellent communication skills, client facing experience
• Connecting an EAM module to a data platform and AI modules is a great advantage
• Ability to work in a team environment
