About the job

As a CRM Solution Development Analyst, you will work with a team to program and put into effect customer relationship management (CRM) systems for some of the top companies in the world. You make sure that the chosen CRM solution is the right one for your client and that their other software applications integrate well, and that it meets their business needs – as well as being easy to use and maintain.

You work alongside the delivery teams, supporting them with CRM solution planning, analysis, design, build and test. You also support in CRM issue escalation and resolution.

 
Day-to-day, your work will:
  • Enable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test the quality of projects
  • Improve your clients’ business by identifying potential challenges and supporting continuous improvement through their CRM system
  • Travel as required.
Your skills

You’re a recent graduate looking to get into developing CRM solutions. You’re a great communicator and interested in working in a consulting environment. Ideally you’ve had some co-op or summer jobs that include some hands-on development and your skills include:

  • Working with global and offshore teams

•   Familiarity with at least one leading commercial CRM system

  • An understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by CRM
  • Some knowledge of CRM or other business management software, especially if you know Microsoft Dynamics
  • Using Software as a Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc.
  • Must be bilingual (English and French)
  • Must be eligible for Reliable Security Clearance
