The CRM Enhancements Lead will report into the Enhancements Lead on our client account.

 

Day to day, you will:

 

- Manage 6 to 8 offshore development/design team members specialized in Dynamic 365 (CRM) & Portal.

- Management of other resources may be necessary such as Azure Middleware depending on the solution.

- Responsible for MS D365 CRM Design and must understand client BRD/requirements

- Must be comfortable with CRM, Azure Middleware, MS SQL & notions of Data Lake (Data Warehouse) 

- Responsible for sizing/estimating and providing timelines, T&M engagement, for delivering CRM enhancements

- Responsible for following existing PMO and Enhancements Process (Accenture Delivery Process and the Quality of Work during UAT and post go-live)

- Ability to manage client meetings, provide status updates, manage issues/risks/escalations

- Ability to quickly learn the business domain of 3 of the clients biggest applications running in CRM


Your skills/ qualifications

 

  • You’re an excellent communicator who is comfortable sharing complex technical information to expert and non-expert colleagues and clients verbally and in writing.
  • You ideally have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology.
  • You already have around five years of experience in business systems analysis, design or management

 

Your experience includes:

 

  • Experience of managing business and technical teams, guiding them on complex projects
  • Implementing and maintaining CRM systems, especially leveraging offshore resources
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM, Azure Middleware, MS SQL & notions of Data Lake (Data Warehouse) 
  • Experience in a client facing environment
  • Understanding of coding on a functional basis

Location is remote however there is a preference for candidate to be based in Ottawa.  All candidates in Canada will be considered as long as able to work Mountain or EST time.
