By specializing in and formalizing influential Analytics Offerings, we can deepen relationships with our clients across their entire organization and positively influence their business outcomes in new & emerging areas. Your role of Offering Lead will ultimately help our clients increase their business results.

As a Director, Canada Region Offering Lead, you will drive the overall strategy, performance and growth of the Advanced Analytics Solutions we offer. You’re able to partner closely with both our Canadian Regional and Area Market Unit Lead to implement a strategy for offering, identification and investments. In this key role, you'll put your fingerprints on & drive offering every single day; serving as the “face” of the offering internally and externally in your Region. You will rally the matrix to support offering sales through delivery, including capability and capacity, and regional relationships with offering alliance partners, Microsoft and Accenture.

The Intelligent Industry Solutions Offering Director helps clients extract groundbreaking outcomes from their data estates. You can engage advisory-powered and design-led thinking approaches to help clients understand, expand, optimize and unlock business value.

In this role, you will orchestrate full-spectrum, cross-offering solutions thru creation, adoption thru to delivery. Your collaboration will prepare our organization for market changes and future client needs.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • You will engage with deal pursuits, review and approval of offerings
  • lend your insight and strategic support to forecast & analyze sales
  • Effectively position your offering and cross-offering offerings within the Regional sales channel
  • Develop interdependent effective relationships with Accenture at the offering level
  • Interaction with our Global Center of Excellence (CoE) on offering and asset development for repeatable and scalable offerings
  • You nurture, educate and support our direct selling teams from creative solutions shaping through proposal and closing deals

About you

You revel in success, with an impactful track record in developing and growing relationships. You’re gifted and adept at communications, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help you establish and grow solutions with key clients. Internally, you love advising leadership teams in the development, production, and promotion of solution offerings to grow a technology services line of business.

In addition, your professional skillset likely includes:

  • Extensive Experience with sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management
  • You demonstrate agility to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed collaborative environment, including significant experience with off-shore teams and delivery
  • Your experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction is an area where you shine
  • You demonstrate a strong consulting / project-based background, results rich background that includes including assessing the opportunities and risks associated with large scale, complex client projects.

You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related).

You likely have about 7 years of relevant technology business building and high growth experiences, including solutioning, creation, delivery, business management, and more than 5 years of positive results people and/or business leadership experience, particularly within a consultancy.
