As a Sales Support professional, you will facilitate Avanade's sales teams in successfully and efficiently closing new business, leveraging specific skills depending on area of focus. You will contribute to the development of reports and credentials to support Business Developments and Account Leaders in achieving territorial sales growth targets. Overall, you will work for generating and closing sales for Avanade´s services aligned with the Assigned Business Developer advisor. This team brings in net-new business and continuously nurtures and expands existing customer relationships by identifying new service and solution opportunities.

As a Sales support employee, you’ll be assigned a portfolio of customers with a focus on developing new client relationships and building business. 

Key Role Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Synchronize with the Assigned BD Advisory to execute Portfolio Strategy and Account Plan 
  • Plan and manage sales performance, forecasting, revenue generation and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
  • Lead customer engagement opportunities from lead generation to deal review, negotiation and closing
  • Develop strong customer relationships, manage customer satisfaction, and drive cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain high-level understanding of assigned Avanade offerings
  • Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline using Avanade customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Support regional marketing programs for brand development, market awareness, market positioning and market demand generation involving media, analysts and active participation in the IT community

  • The role requires interpersonal soft skills and positive aptitudes, with a focus on social skills, empathetic, optimistic, enthusiastic self-control, patience, sociability, warmth, happy….
  • The role requires experience in Technology and ambition to learn. You should be able to hold a first level technical discussion with key client stakeholders to understand the business issues

  • Catalonian as mandatory

Preferred Education Background:

You will likely possess a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, sales or marketing (or relevant field)

Preferred Years of Work Experience:

You will likely have a year of professional consulting experience or services sales.
