Avanade’s Marketing team is growing and seeking a dynamic Talent Campaigns Lead for our Iberia region of Spain and Portugal.

Working closely with the Global Campaigns Talent team and local Talent Acquisition and Client Marketing teams, the Talent Campaigns Lead will design and implement an effective talent strategy to attract and engage potential candidates interested in working with Avanade.

What you’ll do:
Employer Branding: Build the Avanade employer brand by leveraging the global EVP and Talent strategy. Write and design compelling and on-brand content, including graphics, blogs, and other assets to showcase our employer brand across various platforms. Plan, execute, and manage organic social media content calendar with the client marketing team. Ensure consistent brand exposure and communication at recruitment events. Manage the regional career site and job platforms, ensuring the content is continually refreshed to support the candidate journey.

Campaign Management: Create and execute organic and paid demand generation campaigns, using a combination of channels and tactics. Tailor global content and campaigns to resonate with the cultures and preferences in Spain and Portugal

Inclusion & Diversity: Support local recruitment diversity strategy and roll-out of programs on digital platforms and in partnership with diversity-focused sourcing associations and networks. Promote Inclusion & Diversity programs and events to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including Talent Acquisition, and Client Marketing, to align employer branding efforts with overall business objectives and manage expectations. Actively work and network with broader community of Global Talent Marketing and Campaigns peers.

Employee Advocacy: Develop and implement initiatives that motivate, engage, and enable employees to promote our employer brand externally. Train and support the leadership team to use social media to engage and build relationships with candidates.

Operations: Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, provide regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies, and ensure effective and qualitative execution of programs and campaigns in line with brand guidelines, time, and budget.

Skills and experiences:
• Specialist in marketing and communications, preferably with a focus on talent attraction and within a global enterprise in the tech consulting services industry
• Has an understanding of digital advertising with a strong grasp of social media platforms
• Self-starter and strong driver required; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and think-on-your-feet attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time 
• Demonstrable experience of independently conceptualizing, copywriting and designing impact copy and assets for different channels and execution of end-to-end communications and campaigns that aligns with business objectives, can integrate with other marketing programs, and produce significant measurable results 
• Excellent computer and design skills, including Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva and Adobe
• Previous experience with employee advocacy initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, branding or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
