The EU AI Delivery Hub is an Iberia based near-shore delivery center for European clients specialized in AI. By joining this hub, you will be part of a pod that will deliver end-to-end AI projects for European clients using an agile methodology. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our European customers in their journey to become AI-first companies.

• Analyze current business practices and identify future opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics and AI solutions
• Develop overall solution plans for AI and advanced analytics solutions, providing a comprehensive roadmap for clients’ needs.
• Provide high-level architectural expertise to other members of the AI team.
• Perform technical leadership role in the areas of advanced analytics and AI, including computer vision, MLOps, NLP, LLM, unsupervised learning and optimization
• Lead several teams to develop advanced analytics and AI projects.
• Be involved in the development of AI projects and solutions

• • Proven experience selecting architecture that services clients’ needs, with the balance of costs, capability, and risk to meet clients’ business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience of turning requirements to technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the value proposition(s) associated with advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and MLOps.
  • Experience in leading and developing artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions.
  • People management responsibilities both directly and indirectly with globally dispersed teams.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure services (Azure OpenAI is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL querying and the ability to understand and interpret other programming languages. GitHub/DevOps expertise is also required.
  • Able to explain complex analytical methodologies and concepts in non-technical language.
  • Passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  
  

Preferred Education Background

You likely possess a bachelor’s and/or Masters in a field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or Physics.  An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice. PhD in one of this fields is a plus!

Preferred Years of Work Experience:

You likely have about +4 years of applied experience developing advanced analytics and artificial intelligence projects.
