About the role 

As the lead of our Technology Advisory practice, you will expand our Advisory capabilities and build our pipeline. You will support engagements advising clients at the highest strategic level with big-picture and tactical guidance on how technology enables a range of business outcomes.  

You must possess exception analytical, interpersonal and creative thinking capabilities. You will need to be collaborative, ambitious and personable, possessing outstanding leadership qualities that allows you to assume a meaningful role with an ability to scale over time. 

Our mission is to support our clients in understanding the advantages technology can bring their businesses, their people and clients and support the definition of their digital journey.  

We work with our clients to advise on enterprise architecture, leverage of the the Microsoft ecosystem, journey to Azure, IT operating models and security to harnessing technology and innovation. 

You will focus on developing the technology strategies our clients need in order to support their business objectives. You will be structured in your approach, you will have a strong set of people management and influencing skills and bring a dynamic and hands-on approach. You will play a key role in driving this practice forward through client acquisition, practice development and interfacing with the wider advisory capability to address our client challenges

 

In this role, you will 

  • Lead and support the delivery of a broad range of Technology Advisory engagements. 

  • Advise clients on the challenges and opportunities arising from digital disruption among customers and employees. 

  • Play a leading role in business development / sales activities by working closely with account and sales teams to ensure proposition and solution alignment.  

  • Be able to understand the full range of implications and considerations for clients and their Cloud strategies. 

  • Help our clients navigate the Operating model considerations of new ways of developing and managing the technology provided to their business. 

  • Advise our clients on the security and risk implications of their digital strategies supported by pragmatic and real-world experience. 

 

 

Your skills 

You’re an experienced technology advisory leader and have experience leading from concept to execution end to end technology transformation 

  • Significant experience in Technology advisory (cloud, security, IT Operating model) 

  • Extensive experience selling large and complex technology strategy engagements  

  • Consulting leadership background, with a passion for leading clients through ground-breaking technology solutions. 

  • Proven experience interfacing with executive level clients, assessing partners’ goals and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations. 

  • Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions.
