Job Description

Job Specification:

l  Ability to define and build a managed service that aligns with the client’s business and technology objectives.

l  Participate or lead in the analysis, scope of work determination and services pricing models in response to RFP/RFI’s.

l  Able to engage with clients to gather requirements and translate these into existing services within the Avanade service offering or to build a specific value proposition for the client.

l  Contribute to the design of solutions for the client that will be commercially competitive whilst managing risk.

l  Work with the client manager or services sales to identify and scope an opportunity and contribute to deal strategy by engaging with clients to qualify their requirements.

Business Development support

l  Drives account penetration through proactive selling of manged services, capabilities, solutions through continuation and extension of existing programs

l  Solution / Estimation, and RFx response support

l  Support the vertical domain to generate demand from the market.

Delivery Management

l  Single escalation point for local delivery service from the horizontal

l  Resolves delivery issues along with project owners or vertical owners

l  Works with vertical or project delivery owners to improve delivery governance and operations metrics.

l  Ensure the delivery successful from horizontal perspective, join the project/account review call if needed.

Account Operations

l  Working with Operations team, China operation team and PMO Share Service team to manage internal account operations – these include commercial operations, process, coordination etc.

l  Overall ownership of horizontal interlock numbers in top line and bottom line

People Management

l  Resource planning: Demand - Supply management

l  Capability build-up: building required capability as per business requirements

l  Talent development and performance management

l  Being responsible of horizontal resource utilization

Engagement Management

l  Internal/External conflict management, SLA and Escalation management, Bidding, Pyramid Rationalization, T&M to Managed Service

Job Qualifications:

l  10 + years of working experiences in IT

l  ITIL Certified prefered

l  Deep understanding of local market from technology perspective

l  Solid solution architect background

l  Good understanding of different tech stacks and package solutions

l  Solid Program Management or Project Management experiences

l  Strong communication and collaboration skills

l  Demonstrated strong people management

l  Excellent communication in English

l  Good presentation skills

l  Previous hands on experience in designing or building private or public cloud solution is preferred but not a must
