Job Description

BizTech Project Manager

Role Overview:      

Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

As a project practitioner you are responsible for contributing to successful programs/projects as measured by schedule, budget (if applicable), quality of deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction. You will contribute to initiating, estimating, planning, executing, and deploying projects of moderate size/complexity. You will communicate status with regular frequency, monitors risks, issues, and financial performance (if applicable) according to agreements made to stakeholders. Overall, you may use different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) to best serve the project needs.

Key Role Responsibilities: Day-to-day, you will:

Create project schedules, budgets and produce tracking reporting showing any variances actual versus plan 

Maintaining schedules of activities based on Project plans. 

- Involve in the project from initiation to implementation 

- Ensuring all PMO processes are followed 

- Work with business teams and IT development teams to implement technology solutions that meet project objectives 

- Co-ordination and planning of the activities. 

- Manage the scope of the project and Work. Scope Assumptions 8 Identify Risks & define effective action plans 

- Escalating to the correct hierarchy to have activities scheduled and completed 

- Ensure standards and quality processes are met. 

- Status reporting like weekly, bi-weekly etc.

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:    

Ex   Experienced SCRUM Master with 2-3 agile projects

-         Need to have done some release management and coordination

-         Excellent communication skills

Preferred Education Background:        

You will likely possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or technology-related field, as best fits position

Preferred Years of Work Experience:   

You will likely have 2+ years of project management experience

6-7 month project (high probability for extension) for Financial Institution
