Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for sales forecasting and pipeline health management. Assist with sales process support and month-end and quarter-end deal closure coordination.

Key Responsibilities

l   Manage a timely and accurate sales forecast and status reporting throughout all parts of the sales cycle and process

l   Serves as single source of truth for all client accounts and opportunities in Client365 (Dynamics 365 CRM)

l   Owns the regional deal review and closure process, removing roadblocks and addressing process inefficiencies in close conjunction with regional and Area stakeholder groups

l   Partners closely with the Region Sales Lead to develop an accurate and achievable sales forecast

l   Acts as the point of escalation for all opportunities in the region – collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to remove roadblocks.

l   Develops and executes strategic initiatives and area/global programs in their region, with appropriate change management activities

l   Executes the annual sales planning cycle – including account planning, target setting and compensation planning

Required Skills

l   Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and promote a result-focused, customer-centric culture

l   Highly structured and process oriented with strong commitment to quality and timelines

l   Proven track record in successfully and efficiently delivering complex projects

l   Strong relationship management skills

l   Verified excellence in analytical skills; ability to read, understand and analyze data to provide valuable insights

l   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership 

l   Team player with strong values and behaviors 

l   Proactive self-starter  

l   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders 

l   Advanced excel and good understanding of Power BI and CRM
