As you develop a deep understanding of the business priorities, you work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to devise, develop, and curate learning that helps Avanade employees to outperform in their roles, move into new ones, and achieve their longer-term career aspirations.

You will also participate in the ongoing design and development of several important learning and skill development initiatives.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to business leadership – supporting Global Talent Community Leads, Market Unit Leads, Capability Leads and Regional Talent Community Leads to highlight how learning can help them achieve their business goals

  • Conduct strategic development needs analysis for the Talent Communities to identify solutions that drive results

  • Team up with L&D Development team to develop high quality, innovative learning solutions that increase learner engagement and improve knowledge retention

  • Be the program manager for learning initiatives – L&D development team manages the design, delivery, implementation, marketing, and ongoing evaluation of learning to ensure program quality and a valuable audience impact.

  • Facilitate development programs and business meetings as needed; observe and coach subject matter experts and other business presenters on facilitation or presentation skills, as needed

  • Guide TC (business leadership) to appreciate learning industry trends that foster greater design and delivery innovation and efficiency, as well as learning impact and learner accessibility; recommend and implement social learning and collaboration solutions, foster on-the-job application, and address expectations of the new learner profile

  • Analyze evaluation metrics to measure program success; recommend improvements and refinements were needed.

Academic requirements:

·        Undergraduate degree

Your skill set and experience likely includes:

·        Stakeholder Management

·        Experience in managing large complex projects. Technical projects a plus.

·        Experience working in the technology industry

·        organization/ task management: being able to manage various workstreams in parallel

·        Proven verbal communications skills- able to effectively work with leadership and other team members

·        Strong written communication skills

·        MS Excel – e.g., proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and beyond

·        MS PowerPoint skills -an eye for detail on formatting and graphics/charts

·        Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and independently

·        Understanding of the principles of organizational development and change management and Learning Development
