About the job
Working as part of the CRM Solution Development team, you program and put into effect customer relationship management systems for some of the top companies in the world. You make sure that the chosen services are the right one for your client and that their other software applications integrate well, and that it meets their business needs – as well as being easy to use and maintain.
You work alongside the delivery teams, supporting them with CRM solution planning, analysis, design, build and test. You also support in CRM issue critical issue and resolution.
Day-to-day, your work will:
Enable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
Use key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure and test the quality of projects
Improve your clients’ business by identifying potential challenges and supporting improvement through their CRM system
Involve travelling as needed.
You’re a great communicator with some consulting experience, and you’ve already worked with clients to develop and lead an action plan. You probably already have around two years of relevant experience, and your skills include:
Working with global and offshore teams
Familiarity with Dynamics 365
An understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by CRM
Some knowledge of CRM or other business management software, especially if you know Microsoft Dynamics
Using Software as a Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc.

As is the nature of working within a global professional services environment, your clients and projects will change over time so the flexibility to travel is a pre-requisite. All our roles are project based so typically will involve working on client site throughout the Ireland.
