About the Job

Avanade is seeking a leader who can and will prioritize, manage, track and report on delivery of a multifaceted change program impacting a 30,000-person organization.  The successful candidate will have experience as a change agent, particularly in large scale transformations related to digital or technology initiatives. S/He will be able to translate strategic direction into actionable communication and influence goals within highly complex organizations. This leader will be expected to function as a trusted advisor to executive clients; as such, it is important that s/he has a strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with internal clients.  

About You

You’re an experienced change agent. You can translate strategic direction into actionable communication and influencing goals within highly complex organizations.

Your skill set and experience likely include:

  • Experienced director-level transformation and change lead, minimum of 10 years’ experience in this type of role.
  • Track record of successful delivery of change in a $1bn+ multinational, including making change stick.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing up, down and sideways across a matrix organization where you have to influence to make change happen.
  • Tech sector and B2B selling experience a plus.
  • Consulting and project-based background, with a passion for leading change through transformational technology solutions.
  • Risk and impact analysis grid creation across organization, processes, tools, procedures, human resources, and culture.
  • Expertise and facilitation of design thinking, including mapping of actors and associated roles and responsibilities of a change network.
  • Ability to establish deep relationships of trust with executive-level clients.
  • Crisis management, Quality/Delivery Oversight for larger change programs/projects and team management across geographically dispersed teams.
