As such, Avanade is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Global Partner Operations & Support COE Lead to join our Global Solution Area (GSA) organization. You will collaborate with GSA leadership and senior stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes for designated solution area and GSA teams.
You will work with and build a team of professionals driving all aspects of operations across crucial areas of our business. Reporting to a Senior Director within the Global Solution Area Operations Team.
Lead and manage the governance and Operations Hub as a central point of contact
Key Advisor and subject matter expert to Global and Regional Partner Ecosystem
Drive execution of Global Operations Hub initiatives to bring consistency while fostering continuous improvement mindset
Work with Area and Global Ecosystem Teams to ensure we are connecting the dots on our partnering efforts
Monitor and assess the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives.
Partner formation intake and tracking
Governance - Monitors and provides consultation/guidance on overall partner formation lifecycle across the organization to ensure rigor, consistency and compliance.
C365 Data and reporting - To industrialize the C365 Opportunity Tagging Process, and to provide accurate and comprehensive Standard Reporting Output to appropriate stakeholders.
Operation, Communication and Content Management: Manage all back-office partner operations including communications, external/internal website content, partner content update/release, leverage Accenture’s partnering best practices, cross business unit orchestration, strategic partner agreement signature execution.
Front desk management supervision - Monitor, respond and orchestrate all partner in-bound and external requests, coordinate MNDA requests and submissions, Avanade/Accenture agreement repository validation and recording.
Legal and compliance - Drive and manage the legal process, orchestration, execution and compliance related to formation, procurement and other partner programs. Monitors and advises on partner agreement expirations, BI submission and expirations.
Orchestrating partner investment.
Partner training and certifications - Create a focus around partner certification importance, Manage partner enablement data
Global and Area Partner Lead support and guidance
SME on Partner on-boarding and formation
Compliance owner for Accenture Procurement, Ecosystems Legal and Local Legal counsels (NDA, BI, PII)
Experience working within a highly matrixed professional services organization
Relevant business technology leadership experience, including program and business management
Consulting and project-based leadership background with a passion for driving positive business outcomes
Prior experience independently leading operations within a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organization with a diverse customer portfolio
Demonstrated ability designing and implementing agile solutions for operational excellence
Experience leading all aspects of business operations through multiple review cycles, including budgeting
Demonstrated people leadership, “leading by influence” and effective peer teaming expertise
Ability to effectively navigate complex, global, matrixed organizations
Experience assessing and managing opportunities and risks associated with managing a business
Superior communication and personal leadership skills in a high growth, highly demanding 'best people' environment
High degree of integrity, judgement, discretion, credibility, resilience, confidence, and character
