You are passionate about software and its potential to move organizations forward through innovation. Your super-analytical skills are key to supporting your clients, helping them to identify challenges and making sure that their CRM solution is the best fit for them. 

You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management and can manage your clients’ expectations effectively. You have earned a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and have one to two years of academic experience in your field. 


About the job 

Working as part of the CRM Solution Development team, you program and put into effect customer relationship management (CRM) systems for some of the top companies in the world. You make sure that the chosen CRM solution is the right one for your client and that their other software applications integrate well, and that it meets their business needs – as well as being easy to use and maintain. 

You work alongside the delivery teams, supporting them with CRM solution planning, analysis, design, build and test. You also support in CRM issue escalation and resolution. 


Day-to-day, your work will: 

Enable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions 

Use key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure and test the quality of projects 

Improve your clients’ business by identifying potential challenges and supporting improvement through their CRM system 

Involve travelling as needed. 


Your skills 

You’re a superb communicator with some consulting experience, and you’ve already worked with clients to develop and be responsible for an executable plan. You probably already have around two years of meaningful experience, and your skills include: 

Working with global and offshore teams 

Familiarity with at least one leading commercial CRM system 

An understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by CRM 

You will likely have a bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field. If you are an internal applicant, you likely have one or more of these internal certifications: Simple Interactive Statistical Analysis (SISA) or Architecture of Open Source Applications (AOSA) or Scientific Interface Definition Language (SIDL). Other Microsoft and project management certifications (such as Project Management Professional, Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), Project Management Institute) are considered valuable. 

Using Software as a Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc.
