About you

An experienced professional who knows how CRM supports client business needs. You can design and put into practice CRM solutions, as well as impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the world. Your expertise and knowhow will find you working in every area of the business – planning, analyzing, designing, building and testing. You’ll be the lynchpin between clients, colleagues and business partners in delivering solutions.

About the job

As a CRM Solution Developer, you’ll customize, integrate and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet client needs. You’ll create, coordinate, implement and reshape work plans for complex projects, programs and clients, aligning them continually to internal and external business issues. You’ll also look after the career development of team members and act as a mentor to those reporting to you.

You’re a problem-solver, and day to day you’ll:

  • Design and carry out CRM project and program plans from technical concepts to strategic solutions
  • Measure project status against key performance indicators (KPI's) and testing plans
  • Work with technology and design teams to support your clients – including identifying challenges on the horizon and supporting continuous improvement
  • Supporting sales and planning initiatives
  • Travel as needed.

Your skills

You’re an excellent communicator, with strong client management skills. You enjoy partnering with your clients to develop and own an action plan supported by CRM, and you have experience as a consultant working with external clients. You have around five years of experience in project management, system design, or another relevant experience. You likely have a Bachelor’s degree in business systems or a related field or equivalent experience.

Your experience and skills likely include:

  • Working with global and offshore teams to establish and maintain CRM technology
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Comfortable with software within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, including Microsoft SQL, HTML, Microsoft ASP, or Microsoft.NET
  • We’d really like it if you know about relational database concepts.

Australian Citizenship is required due to the nature of clients we work within Canberra. You should have the willingness and ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
