Your responsibilities


As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you know your clients’ needs inside and out. You have a unique ability to come at their problems from every angle, and you work with them side-by-side from the earliest groundwork to the final experience.


You’ll help triage and prioritize business needs to focus on the right solutions while fending off additional threats. You’ll grow your knowledge of our clients’ environments while advancing your skills in a broad suite of Dynamics365 technology and services.

 

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you’ll collect information and analyze requirements to solve problems and provide technical and operational support. With your great CRM personal and presentation skills, you establish relationships quickly. You love working in an informal environment where you can use your ideas to realize results. 


Your experience and our opportunities  


Your experience includes a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Computer Degree, Telecommunications, Business Management/Administration, Process Engineering/Management, Economics, Operations Management) and 3+ years consulting for an IT services firm. You’re fluent in English and a second European language is a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.).


You’re eager to always learn and have a good business sense that enables you to manage your clients’ expectations effectively. You know how to transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements.


You have skills in critical thinking, out-of-the-box thinking, and working independently as well as part of a team. You like to work closely with the technical team to ensure your client’s needs are met when it comes to specifications and functions.


You have strong communication skills, including facilitating and running workshops for clients, consultants and client leaders. You also know how to support solution testing and train users on the new system.
