Your role as the Solution Architect 

As a Dynamics365 CE/Sales Solution Architect, you will be a thought leader in solutions for customer engagement and sales and be part of large-scale, complex D365 implementations. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade solution teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Dynamics365 CE/Sales implementations. 

The practice area and the team

All practices have a practice lead and we are looking for one of our architects to take on the additional responsibility as Talent Community Lead for our Dynamics365 CE/Sales. If you, in addition to lead at our clients want to lead our people, this is a potential opportunity for you. Talent Community is the place where our consultants can find help to feel prepared to solve any challenges and gain exciting insights into the future. As Talent Community Lead you will ensure your team members will be ready to meet our client demands, ensure the TC member prioritizes the right skills and set the training plans for the group. Most importantly you will work toward a culture where the Talent Community members are engaged and have exciting and rewarding opportunities in their day-to-day work!


Your role 

As a Business Analyst in CRM, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You contribute with your advice on project management, development of business processes, and implementation in line with our customers' wishes. An important part of your role is also to guide and educate users in the digital journey of change and the new tools. Your collaboration areas are many, both with the customer and internally with your team in Sweden, nearshore, and offshore. You will be part of the CRM Talent Community where we are a small tight gang. We are the experts, but we deliver at delivery centers.

Your primary focus is to

  • Conduct workshops with customers to collect requirements and identify needs and transform this into concrete solutions and business proposals;
  • Demo D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform;
  • Proactively responsible for upgrades of the latest and new functionality and stay up to date on new releases; 
  • Configurations within Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform OOTB-functionality to implement business logic and automate business processes;
  • Educate and support key users in D365 and PowerApps;
  • Manage and guide our global delivery center.k 

Ideally, you have

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • 3-5 years of work experience in CRM systems with broad basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform;
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of complex customer projects and a good understanding of collaboration in global teams; 
  • Fluent in Finnish and English in both speech and writing.

You work as part of the team to

  • Define technical, operational, and business requirements;
  • Drive a Dynamics365 evergreen agenda with our clients;
  • Work with our clients to define solutions for any non-standard requirements
  • Ensure the solution quality meets the client’s standards and fulfills their business value realization goals;
  • Work with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent client interaction and solution delivery;
  • Ensure offshore resources are utilized and leveraged appropriately;
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to client success and business productivity.

The role of our CRM consultant is varied and fast-paced, where we place high demands on ourselves in our delivery. In addition to business understanding and technical competence, very good collaboration skills and flexibility are needed. As customer projects mean that you will meet, collaborate with and educate people at different levels, you need to be an educational and skilled communicator with a genuine interest and curiosity for the customer's business.
