Digital Marketing – Campaign Lead

The Digital team work closely with Avanade’s enterprise clients to design and deploy customer centric solutions that focus on improving customer experience across pre-sales (Digital Marketing), sale and service (CRM) at every touchpoint. 

Our engagements employ leading digital experience, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organisational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Implementing scalable technology platforms and solutions is a major part of enabling desired digital experiences.

The Campaign lead will work directly with clients as a subject matter expert on Marketing Technology solutions, becoming their trusted adviser, validating the solution architecture, and working with them to maximise the value of their investment. 

We are seeking experience of working as a campaign lead on complex Adobe Campaign software implementations with strong consultancy skills who has spearheaded technical solutions. You will own the technology solution throughout the software implementation lifecycle from project kick off to delivery and on-going support.

This is a client facing role where you will assist and validate the solution architecture in specific technical areas as well as the overall solution. The role is a blend of software implementation and configuration with responsibility for providing innovative, value-add marketing technology solutions.

This is a European role. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams of digital strategists, experience designers and experience technologists. You will have experience of delivering marketing initiatives utilising design led and agile methodologies, with strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital experience and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM,). 

Day-to-day, you will: 
Engage in pre-sales conversations, and lead design of Adobe campaign solutions.
work with regional teams to create solution blueprints and technical designs.
Build and lead a team of highly skilled Adobe campaign specialists 
Design and deliver integrated digital marketing solutions consisting of Adobe, Microsoft and other vendor solutions.
Interlock with the global centre of excellence on create content on campaign best practices and point of view papers.
Review and approve technical solution proposals to ensure they are deliverable on time and budget

What You Need To Succeed
Solid understanding of omni-channel campaign management solutions, products and optimisation strategies
Experience in Adobe Campaign integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Social and Adobe Target
Proven track record of designing and delivering customer centric solutions based on Adobe Marketing Cloud.  
Familiar with CRM technologies (Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM preferred) platform, and relevant processes, delivery methodologies
Expertise across the following industries: Financial Services, Retail / eCommerce, CPG, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, High Tech
Experience in producing Solution Design and Runbook or Client Handover documentations.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modelling, technical design, development, testing, and implementation 
Ability to build, lead and coordinate cross-functional / technical teams
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
Travel required
