Job Description

The Digital team works closely with Avanade’s enterprise clients to design and deploy customer centric solutions that focus on improving customer experience across pre-sales (Digital Marketing), sale and service (CRM) at every touchpoint.

Our engagements employ leading digital experience, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organisational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Implementing scalable technology platforms and solutions is a major part of enabling desired digital experiences.

The Adobe Solution Architect will drive solution architecture and design of Adobe based digital marketing solutions, in particular Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign. Experience of Adobe Analytics, Microsoft technologies and Microsoft Dynamics365 is a plus.

Ideal candidate will utilise best practices and methodologies to create content management solutions with personalisation in mind, taking part in early conversations with clients to translate business requirements into technology solutions as well as leading technical design and delivery of the solution.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams of digital strategists, experience designers and experience technologists. You will have experience of delivering CX initiatives utilising design led and agile methodologies, with strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital experience and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM).

Day-to-day, you will: 

-engage in pre-sales conversations and lead technical design of Adobe solutions.

-work with regional technical teams to create solution blueprints and technical designs.

-build and lead a team of highly skilled Adobe technical experts to scale the business

-design and deliver integrated digital marketing solutions consisting of Adobe, Microsoft and other vendor solutions.

-interlock with the global centre of excellence on development of best practices and point of view papers.

-review and approve technical solution proposals to ensure they are deliverable on time and budget

What you need to succeed:

-In-depth experience of Adobe Marketing Cloud including Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics, etc.

-Proven experience of designing and implementing personalisation strategies on selected content management platform.

-Solid experience of software development methodologies, integration best practices, WCM, eCommerce platforms, and digital marketing technologies

-Proven track record of designing and delivering customer centric solutions based on Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager.  

-Familiar with CRM technologies (Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM preferred) platform, and relevant processes, delivery methodologies

-Expertise across the following industries: Financial Services, Retail / eCommerce, CPG, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, High Tech

-Experience in creating technical delivery roadmaps along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution

-Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives

-Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modelling, technical design, development, testing, and implementation

-Ability to build, lead and coordinate cross-functional / technical teams

-High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly

-High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
