About the role
Business analysis includes collecting and interpreting client requirements or problems using technology to connect the business with the right solutions through experience design and technology consulting.
Our Digital Business Analysis are client-facing - building great relationships, and managing stakeholders is critical. As an experienced business analyst, you’re used to working to high standards - in this role you will manage projects and clients at an exceptionally high level.
You will be part of a team that collaborates on how best to approach and implement solutions, as well as how to communicate progress with client and internal stakeholders. You’ll be involved in estimating work, setting up and managing team structures, documenting quality and solution metrics, and highlighting risks and issues that could impact project plans. The Studio model provides the opportunity to lead one or more work streams, many of which are elements of even larger projects.
Working alongside experience design and engineering colleagues, you will help create accurate and detailed project documentation, making sure we stay true to client requirements. As projects evolve, you’ll help refine and deepen our implementation process. Towards completion, you’ll take part in test runs to make sure our solution is of the highest quality. Throughout, you’ll collaborate with your team, Studio director, and other functions to bring whatever is needed to ensure project success.

This means that day-to-day you will
Identify use cases to define and prioritize technical, functional, and non-functional requirements
Work with customers to understand existing process flows and requirements, then help design processes and proofs-of-concept for new systems or solutions
Communicate effectively with client, experience design, and technical teams to build a common understanding and manage expectations
Transfer knowledge between team members and across delivery disciplines to improve efficiency and quality
Support change management activities and gain buy-in for plans, decisions, and deviations
Leverage client knowledge and relationships to identify sales opportunities
Review requirements from external parties to ensure value for our clients
You’ll need to be a great all-rounder with a good understanding of experience design, a passion for technology, and even better rapport with people. You should be:

A relationship manager, building and maintaining strong client partnerships through the difficult times as well as the good times

You should have three years’ experience supported by a BA in Business or Information technology, and a proven track record of delivering great work.
University degree required
- Experience participating in requirements gathering process
- Ability to effectively facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Understanding of the bridge between experience design and engineering
- Strong client interface and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen
- Track record of initiative and outstanding performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage customer expectations effectively

- Ability to effectively bridge the gap between the business and IT organizations
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to solution design across a broad range of industries
- Strong time management skills
- Strong knowledge of BA techniques, enabling you to contribute with limited supervision
- Understanding of various software delivery methodologies
- Self-starter, able to complete assigned tasks on time
- Willingness to travel (35%)
