This is a contract position.

Avanade is growing and we are seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our goals. 

Our Talent Acquisition team sources and hires candidates to meet Avanade’s organizational talent demands, which change dynamically with shifting markets and client needs. We are a tight knit team who partner together to provide an excellent candidate experience, support each other in an engaging environment, and bring in amazing talent to our company. 

The Recruiting Coordinator position is essential to the success of our team.

What we are looking for in candidates

  • Highly organized to expertly manage multiple streams

  • Innovative / growth mindset  

  • Ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the company, ideally with a track record of building strong internal and external relationships

  • Confidence to bring your voice and opinions to the table, especially when it differs from others – diversity of thought makes us stronger.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including active listening and storytelling

  • Quick with Excel, PowerPoint, and jokes when needed – laughter is the fuel that carries this team forward!

  • Eagerness to learn and the bravery to work through stages of ambiguity

  • Ability to work independently

  • Resilience and strength to adapt quickly 

  • A sharp eye for detail, ability to multi-task and fearlessly manage up

Key aspects of the role: 

  • Managing interview scheduling for senior candidates with a high touch approach within a dynamic environment: this includes engaging with both internal EAs and interviewers, and external candidates

  • Feedback process management, including rapid feedback collection 

  • Showing up each day unafraid to appropriately and professionally nudge key stakeholders to ensure momentum is maintained in the recruitment process

  • Being the eyes and ears of the team, having the confidence to raise questions and make suggestions 

  • Maintaining a matrix of activities, with the ability to pivot and provide flexibility, as schedules and priorities shift

  • Project based work across recruitment- we are enthusiastic about having a team member who has a growth mindset and is passionate about continuing to learn and evolve!
