Client Talent Scout

Connect our best people with our best clients by providing “white glove” experiences to our client stakeholders, understanding their culture and their success criteria in order to properly align the best Avanade talent available. Work hand in hand with our senior account leaders to understand client culture, client success and role requirements for the most strategic roles we fulfill.
Primarily engage with Avanade’s Direct clients to ensure that we properly understand role requirements and culture expectations alongside general program or engagement requirements. Coordinate with internal resource owners to find the best people for the roles, then work with candidates to prepare them for client interviews and client engagement based on role learnings. Secondarily, assist with select Accenture channel clients to perform similar functions.
Primary upward interaction is with the Avanade Portfolio Executive and Avanade Operations Executive. Requires minimal guidance and operates as an individual contributor within the Sales organization.
•Provide "hands on" support for creatively connecting people to projects. Build relationships with Project Solution Architects and Scheduling to ensure the right team is solutioning and proposed to client stakeholders.
•Connect people to projects for large/complex client ramp-ups as the business requires (attend key calls, generate metrics, interact with the Scheduling team).
•Provide expertise around connecting people to projects for client teams across Avanade South and internal and external sources (internal, contractors, up-skilling).
