THE ROLE & LITTLE BACKGROUND

North America Client Success Execution Lead are newly created role(s) to support our North America Client Service Team Community.  If you’ve got big ambitions and want to change our world, keep reading.

Big picture, Avanade is embarking on a multiyear sales transformation as part of a wider CEO-led company-wide business transformation.  Our objective is to dramatically grow Avanade across multiple corporate metrics such as sales, revenue, profit and market share. The transformation includes creating a high performing sales function with a refreshed sales operating model with a clear identity, career model, modern tools and systems to support a growing sales force to deliver exceptional results in a supportive, inclusive and rewarding work environment. The transformation will refresh the company’s GTM models including channel strategy.

Specifically, the Client Success Execution Lead(s) are a critical execution role that will suit a versatile candidate experienced in coordinating, supporting and participating in sales change programs in our Billion dollar IT services business.  Tons of fun if you’re looking to take on the bigger challenge of coordinating a global transformation program into local execution while also supporting the North America Sales Leader’s day to day business priorities.   This is a blended role intended to support the Sales Leaders and the Area sales organization, coordinating with the global transformation program to balance the right perspective on both strategy and execution, with the right balance in priority around both business-as-usual (BAU) and transformation program changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES

  • The successful candidate can tactically and tactfully prioritize the activities of the NA Client Success Leader in collaboration with other leaders’ offices to prepare for leadership meetings, high profile client engagements, and major external market-facing activities. 
  • The right leader will enjoy the diversity of the role and will exhibit credibility and experience in sales strategy frameworks, sales operating models and sales planning methodologies, and has a high degree of comfort in working through ambiguity, complex relationships and sophisticated business and channel models.

·       This blended role will support the Area Client Success Leader in developing plans at scale to support the Area sales priorities and will support the annual corporate and budget planning processes, including preparation for business reviews, assistance with Sales Operations and to build our governance and structure for Avanade’s key growth accounts.  

·       The outcome of your work will lead to Doubling the number of Most Valued Clients and Doubling the amount of revenue from these accounts in North America

ADDITIONALLY

  • Support the Area Sales Leaders 
  • Support the annual Area sales planning and budgeting cycle
  • Working with the Area Sales Leaders and Sales Operations, create the management systems and governance forums in Area supporting global processes led by the Global Sales Council and where required, build support for the administration of governance forums for sales in partnership with other functions, as per agreed priorities.
