About the job:
As a Change Enablement Manager, you will lead and manage project work-streams, content to review, and the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives. As the Global TA Change Enablement Lead, and in coordination with Area Change Enablement Specialists, you will manage the assessment of business readiness, help minimize risk, manage stakeholder alignment and communications, and build employee capabilities to facilitate organizational change in alignment with strategic objectives. You will be a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leadership team and drive transformative change initiatives that help Avanade achieve bold growth ambitions.
  • Lead complex, integrated change management projects/programs
  • Design, develop and implement formal change architectures, models, and frameworks
  • Develop and execute communications strategy and plan, including drafting and sending global communications; utilize multiple communication channels 
  • Measure short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change
  • Drive successful adoption of the change within the organization
  • Quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models
  • Identify and align relevant stakeholders
  • Assess organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
  • Distribute timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategy
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and execute strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
  • Manage work activities and deliverables of more junior resources, including providing work direction and advanced content expertise

Your skills:
You’ll need to bring your expertise in change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness to this role. With your excellent written and verbal presentation skills, you’re a vital part of any team. Ideally, you have up seven years of professional experience and understand how to make organizational change happen. 
We’d love it if your experience includes: 
  • Previous experience driving change in a time of rapid transformation globally, across multiple workstreams and timelines
  • Advanced Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of quantitative and qualitative data analyses to inform decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills working across cultures 
  • Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders and countries using multiple channels
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid, complex environments 
  • Previous experience successfully leading/managing professionals
  • Prior experience delivering change management within HR or Talent Acquisition highly desired 
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education and experience)
