About the internship
Even organizations committed to technology changes find it hard to make them happen. That’s why we need you. As a Change Enablement Intern working in the ITS (Information Technology Services) & IS (Information Security) organizations at Avanade, you will join a team of Change practitioners that are actively enabling people through technology and security changes at Avanade. You will work with your team to implement Change Enablement plans and deliverables, with a strong focus on Microsoft Technology and Security tools used by Avanade employees.
Here are some examples of day-to-day activities:
Build Change Plans, including stakeholder analysis and impact assessment
Build and execute Communication and Training plans
Build guidance documents, news articles, announcements, digital flyers, tutorial videos, etc.
Measure change and adoption to demonstrate success with available data
Participate in collaboration meetings with ITS & IS stakeholders
Participate in meetings with the Change Enablement team
This is an internal-facing internship working in Avanade’s ITS & IS organizations.

We’d love it if your profile includes:
Studies and experience in a relevant field, e.g., Change Management, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration
Outstanding communication skills, e.g., writing communications, building presentations, driving conversations with stakeholders, presenting to groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, and familiarity with other Microsoft technologies
Familiarity with creative tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or video making software
Strong attention to detail
Availability for at least 6 months, and at least 15 hours / week.
