Job Description

As the CRM Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamic 365, you drive the full project life-cycle. As the Solution Architect, your function is to understand the technology and functional requirements of the project. You are responsible for customizing, integration meeting the client's specific requirements.

  • Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy
  • Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.
  • Identify the client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings
  • Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to build, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Conduct end-user training and craft and maintain knowledge transfer documentation, Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools
  • Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution

Day-to-day, you will,

  • Own the Technical implementation team
  • Review your team’s work, directing efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
  • Provide thought leadership during all stages of delivery
  • Lead development of technical specifications based on functional specifications
  • Lead and develop components of the customer solution
  • Oversee timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Participate in sales activities as required
  • Help figure out and translate customer needs into an Avanade solution and approach
  • Contribute to proposal development
  • Contribute to scope, approach, and estimating recommendations to the proposal team

Your skills could include:

  • BA/BS
  • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge in project management, system design, or information systems, and experience as a CRM Solutions Architect
  • Implementing CRM applications.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
