About the opportunities:

We are now looking for ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Avanade training programme and then begin a successful career as an Avanade Consultant. We offer opportunities to join our client facing communities:  Software Engineering, Delivery, Advisory, Data and AI, CRM, ERP, Business Analysis, Infrastructure, Security and Experience Design. 

As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients across a wide range of industries and work with leading edge technologies. Your role as a consultant will give you the opportunity to travel extensively.

You will receive five weeks of intensive training in all of the latest Microsoft technologies followed by in-depth training & coaching designed to enhance and develop your professional consulting skills, enabling you to provide world-class consulting advice to our customers.

You will then move into a live project environment, for six weeks of shadowing and knowledge transfer, before stepping into a fully-fledged consulting role.

What we’re looking for:

A Degree in a Business-related Technology subject, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Maths or Physics degree (minimum of 2:1 classification) with 340 UCAS points at A-Level.

For our technical grad roles, you should be familiar with Microsoft technologies, Java or C++Familiarity with UML, AGILE and SCRUM methodologies would be beneficial

Evidence of an interest in technology such as a website/blog, internship, school projects or developing applications.

Consultancy skills: These are client facing positions, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

You should be autonomous/ a self-starter / creative / intellectually curious / a team player and not afraid of new challenges and technology.
