We help clients to re-imagine their Workplace Experience (WX) encompassing technology, employee experience and business operations to remove cultural barriers, unlock new sources of value and drive sustainable growth.

The Modern Workplace Solution Area is responsible for making this vision a reality through three focused offerings, Workplace Platform Modernization, Workplace Managed Services and Workplace Value Realization. Sales and solutioning for these offerings is supported by a center of excellence (COE) team that works with global, area and region offering, sales and delivery leads. The team is responsible for innovation, offering development/ evolution, partner eco-system management, delivery method and asset development, talent forecasting, and critically, sales generation and solution design support to assist our regional sales teams with pipeline and lighthouse deal conversion.

To further grow our portfolio of services and revenues, we are expanding our Workplace Experience advisory expertise within the Modern Workplace COE through the hiring of a Senior Advisor & Subject Matter Expert Lead.

As a Workplace Experience EXP & FLW Lead you will:

· Be responsible for identifying critical Workplace Experience deals with a focus on a combination of Employee Experience, Transformed Operations and Frontline Work by providing expert advisory, sales and solutioning support to Business Group and Account teams to help them win and grow sales, revenues, client portfolio, capability and reputation.

· Work with clients to define their Workplace Experience value proposition, vision, strategy and operating model by developing blueprints and roadmaps to enable them to deliver business outcomes in in line with the strategy and vision. Advise them how to manage and govern the journey to the future state and deliver specific business cases and architectural studies to advance their journey.

· Explain how the Avanade WX vision delivers values to specific industries and provide a Business Optimization view on proposals to make sure the overall solution is transforming operations resp. delivering workplace experience improvements to the client’s organization.

· Collaborate with, educate and upskill regional team members so that they have the insights, capability and capacity to accelerate Value Realization pipeline generation and conversion in their geography.

· Adapt and augment Frontline Worker solutions, assets, methods and tools to help Avanade lower the cost of sale and delivery as well as leverage Accenture, Microsoft and ISV partner solutions to increase industry specialism, extend our capabilities and improve our value to clients

· Be aware of, and understand, competitors offerings in the Modern Workplace market

· Travel as needed by the business

Experience you will bring

· You are an experienced business technology transformation practitioner, with a track record of sales generation, solution engineering and delivery leadership.

· You have also developed and grown long term, high value client relationships, with strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.

· Proven evidence in re-defining the frontline worker experience for at least one of the following industry segments (Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Health Services Provision, Public Sector and Utilities)

· Internally, you enjoy advising (in a hands on way) teams in the development, production and promotion of client centric value-based deals, solutions and offerings.

In Addition, your professional skill set likely includes

· 10+ years relevant business technology leadership experience, including solution sales creation, solution, delivery and / or business management particularly within a consultancy or systems integrator

· A track record of delivering complex business technology transformations that have contributed directly to, or enabled, improved workplace / employee experience, profitability, productivity, responsiveness, reputational enhancement and / or top talent retention

· Knowledge of modern workplace technology platforms and services including Microsoft365, Office365, Microsoft Teams & Endpoint Services and Enterprise Mobility + Security, Microsoft Azure or similar Cloud Services and an appreciation of RPA, AI and Mixed Reality

· Experience in building, developing and retaining talented teams containing a mix of advisory and enterprise technology architecture skills

· Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organization, including experience with onshore, near-shore and off-shore delivery teams

· Strong consulting/project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects

You also ideally have:

· A track record of building a business technology transformation or digital transformation business through a combination of new logo wins and expansion of existing engagements using indirect/ direct channels. You will ideally have developed and cultivated C-Level client relationships in technology and business domain

· Sales and/or end to end solutioning accountability and track record for a pipeline of $5M+ business or digital transformation deals with demonstrable innovation and value creation plus evidence of successful cross and upsell motions

· Developed solutions focused on three or more of the following topics: Workplace Strategy and Transformation; IT Strategy and Transformation or Technology Platform, Applications and Services Modernization; Enterprise (Technology) Architecture; Customer and/ or Employee Experience Transformation; Business Strategy and Operating Model design and implementation; Business Operations Transformation (e.g. new product development, sales, service); Organizational Change Management; Cost Reduction, Culture and People Strategy

· Appreciation of Microsoft’s industry clouds
