The Modern Workplace Solution Area is responsible for making this vision a reality through three focused offerings, Workplace Platform Modernization, Workplace Managed Services and Workplace Value Realization. Sales and solutioning for these offerings is supported by a center of excellence (COE) team that works with global, area and region offering, sales and delivery leads. The team is responsible for innovation, offering development/ evolution, partner eco-system management, delivery method and asset development, talent forecasting, and critically, sales generation and solution design support to assist our regional sales teams with pipeline and lighthouse deal conversion.

To further grow our portfolio of services and revenues, we are expanding our Workplace Infrastructure expertise within the Modern Workplace COE through the hiring of Endpoint Modernization Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

As a Windows Virtual Desktop / Microsoft Endpoint Modernization SME you will:

  • Be responsible for identifying critical Modern Workplace deals and providing expert sales and solutioning support to Operating Group and Account teams to help them win and grow sales, revenues, client portfolio, capability and reputation.
  • Lead client discussions and solutions around Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktops, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Security and Policy Management and drive, own, and develop estimates, architecture, staffing, scope, assumptions, and risks for projects to support regional pursuits and delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), Windows Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Security (Bitlocker, Defender, AIP, CASB), policy-based configuration management (Intune/GPO), and evergreen solutions with a focus on Service Channels

·       Provide assessments, strategy, and roadmaps for customers looking to alter or improve their current Endpoint Management/Endpoint Security/VDI systems or practices and support sales development and proposal response teams with endpoint modernization insights, solution approach, technical architecture, estimation and proven delivery practices

  • Provide expertise regarding migrations onto Endpoint Management solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem

·       Assist with upskilling of region and delivery center teams to help them develop and scale capability needed to generate and fulfil demand for endpoint modernization and services

Experience and skills you will bring

·       12+ years experience of demonstrated experience of architecting and supporting sales of (ideally Microsoft enabled) digital workplace solutions spanning infrastructure, platforms, applications, devices, security, data, experience, and business improvement

·       Sales and/or end-to-end solutioning accountability and track record for a pipeline of $10M+ TCV managed services deals with demonstrable innovation and value creation plus evidence of successful cross and upsell motions

·       Zero-Trust implementation, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategy, and Device as a Service (DaaS) consumption models alongside workplace services strategy, organization, and operations consultancy knowledge

·       Service design, integration, implementation/transition, and lifecycle management including development of performance metrics spanning operations, experience, and business value

  • Good presentation skills with an ability to equally talk to a client’s Head of Infrastructure, Enterprise Architect as well as a CxO and still get appropriate messages across

·       Experience in front line / customer facing devices, infrastructure & identity solutions for at least one of the following industry segments (Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Health Services Provision, Public Sector and Utilities)

·       Experience of working within a matrixed business spanning consulting and technology services and onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery centers

·       Experience in supporting the development, implementation, and deployment of innovative go-to-market strategies (supporting sales and marketing initiatives) across large scale services-based opportunities

·      BA/BS degree or relevant technology business leadership experience.
