Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

We hold a sizeable portfolio of work in the public services industry. We are hiring a Talent Mobilization Analyst to support the growth. 

As our Talent Mobilization Consultant, you will report to the Business Operations Manager

1) Drive our account talent acquisition forecasting and sourcing strategy in partnership with regional talent acquisition leadership
2) Support the intake of new business by managing the placement of our talent within our portfolio of programs and projects 
3) Maintain oversight over our account team members advocate for their growth within the account
4) Contribute to a culture that makes our team an enviable one to be a member of

Your day-to-day will be spent working across the organization supporting the growth of our business and our people.
- Provide direction a team of dedicated talent acquisition recruiters and operations management coordinator
- Partner with local region operations management, subcontractor recruiting and regional talent acquisition to fill new roles.
- Review candidates, conduct initial interviews, and propose the right candidates for the right roles to our internal teams.
- Manage and minimize aging demand request.
- Work with the account executive and sales to understand new business requests and manage forecasts our talent acquisition team.
- Support revenue target by looking for ways to fill unstaffed project roles.
- Work with delivery leads to support career planning of our existing team members and look for opportunities (or create opportunities) for career growth within the account.
- Partner with practice and talent community leads to ensure our team members continue to take advantage of training opportunities and keep pace with latest industry trends and innovation.
- Partner with the account team, delivery leads and practice leads to set up community events.
- Partner with HR to look for opportunities and drive initiatives aimed to reduce attrition rates and improve employee engagement.
- Partner with delivery leads to identify and recognize high performing individuals.
- Manage the account onboarding experience in partnership with the PMO.

Your Background and Skills Include:

- 5+ years of diverse people management experience
- Experience supporting technical and/or consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder management and experience influencing people at different levels
- Managing employee relations, recruiting, performance management and professional development
- Ability to interpret data to gain insights and make data driven decisions and recommendations
- Global experience is a strong plus; understanding a variety of work cultures, employment laws and practices
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Design or related area
