Avanade is looking for a flexible and dedicated person to support several clients and act as bridge between the (end)users of our clients and our technical support teams (L2/L3). 

You will be start in a L1/L1.5 shared Service Delivery team and act as the first point of contact and form the main communication channel between the client and the IT organization. Because we work with this share service model, the clients you work for will rotate so you’ll have the opportunity to experience multiple clients. Together we do what matters.

What You’ll Do 

In this role you will be effectively communicating with users to collect necessary information for issue resolving, translate technical terminology into user-friendly language & vice versa, and collaborate closely with our technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. In addition, you’re responsible for picking up and resolve incidents yourself, fulfill small service requests, and participate in reporting and perform data analysis to continuously improve our service. Your efforts will contribute to the client satisfaction and efficiency of the support organization. While working with new technologies and in different environments, you will build up skills and knowledge that you can use to grow your career into consultancy and project delivery. 

There are several projects that have a 24x7 support model, mostly on standby for calamities. To facilitate, we rotate these shifts in the team, so everyone has a shift once in 7-8 weeks. Planning of this will meticulously take place considering personal agendas and mutual agreement. A positive side is it will bring additional financial benefits. 


Your Skills/Experiences

Our clients work in a dynamic and digitalized world with decentralized services and multiple vendors across a variating mix of industries. While Avanade is delivering projects at these clients, we can also provide IT support. Technologies used are:

  • Microsoft O365
  • Intune
  • Autopilot
  • Azure (DevOps)
  • ServiceNow
  • ...

The IT support within our clients is based on, and will make use of the ITIL v3/ ITIL v4 framework, Scaled Agile Framework, Prince II, DevOps, etc.  

For this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in providing technical support to end-users. 
  • Knowledge of M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.

About You

  • You have a passion for Microsoft technology and a strong affinity with IT. 
  • You are fluent in spoken & written Dutch and English.
  • You are able to multitask and work effectively under pressure. 
  • You have a flexible attitude towards outside office hours shifts and/or standby shifts.
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
