The work
You’ll work closely with our clients and Avanade colleagues to help manage Business Applications including ERP/CRM from start to finish and encompassing all aspects of the change journey. You’ll create critical deliverables, work closely with clients, and apply change models to support clients as they drive toward their goals.
In addition, to change enablement, the team also leads clients by developing operating models, organizational design, and more.

Your experience
It likely includes 4+ years of change management experience around Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including driving engagement, working in multifunctional teams, and measuring adoption, 1-2 years possible team lead experience.
We would also like to talk to you if you have change experience with other tools or technologies. You bring a unique perspective that helps keep the team well-rounded and offers a more comprehensive experience for our clients.
Your skills
You have written and spoken communication skills, critical thinking, Microsoft Office, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology.
