 As an Avanade Scheduler  you will cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners. 

Manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Avanade to accomplish this, these include: Consultants, Sales, Practices Leads, Schedulers from other regions, Regional Resource Lead, Director of Operations.

Key Role Responsibilities:  

 Day-to-day you will:

-  Manage the Supply / Demand considering all sourcing channels in filling assignment (internal,  subcontractor, new joiners ..) 

-  Work with our Sales Team , Practices Lead  and consultants to optimize productivity 

-  Understand employees' strengths and areas for development

-  Work with Resource Schedulers from other regions to coordinate and track inter-country assignments

-  Ensure smooth transition for the consultants who are on and between customer engagements

-  Balances short-term chargeability with employee skills rotations need and preferences 

-    Update and maintain data in the scheduling system while ensuring information is accurate and reliable

-       Participate to the forecast 

-  Distribute ad-hoc reports when needed

-  Be an local ambassador on our global tools, and regional initiatives

-  Possess sound working knowledge of MS office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

-  Curious on new technologies ( Previous knowledge of MS technologies environment  is a plus )

-  Preferred Years of Work Experience: You likely possess 7-10 years of professional experience

-  Preferred Education Background : You likely possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales or in Human Resource Management  and a Prior                              experience in Consulting industry, Recruiting or Human Resources is advantageous

-  Language Requirements: Dutch & English fluency / Professional Dutch / Excellent knowledge of written and verbal English
