Avanade is embarking on a multiyear sales transformation as part of our ambitious business strategy to dramatically grow Avanade. The transformation includes creating a high performing sales function with a clear identity, career model, modern tools and systems to support a growing sales force to deliver exceptional results in a supportive, inclusive and rewarding work environment. The Sales Transformation Stakeholder Logistics role will provide change management and executive engagement discipline for this critical program. It will directly support project Leads by leading and/or supporting planning and coordination activities across executives and stakeholders while also ensuring connection and alignment to the broader Sales Transformation PMO.


About the role

We are hiring a Manager level talent to join the Sales Transformation Office.  Our team’s remit is to be the stewards of the transformation process. We are accountable for ensuring progress at pace on bringing the Sales Transformation vision to life.  These roles are planned as 18 to 24-month developmental rotations and will build your relationships with senior people across the company, building an impressive/enviable network. The work involved will also be a valuable addition to your overall skills and profile with impressive accomplishments and experiences. 


RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES

Within the Sales Transformation Program:

  • Develop, maintain and own overall stakeholder engagement plan
  • Develop and maintain ongoing stakeholder relationships, translating their needs, and incorporating into Transformation communications and deliverables
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues that may compromise project deliverables
  • Liaise with Change Management team, Sales Transformation PMO, and individual workstreams/projects where applicable on required integration, planning and reporting activities
  • Develop stakeholder communications and other materials that will be shared across Sales Transformation workstreams (e.g. Executive Committee, Sales Transformation Steering Committee, and other forums/meetings/events, as needed)
  • Lead development of materials required for above, working with Project Leads for content and direction
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and overall adoption of Sale Transformation priorities

Ideally the right candidate is motivated to work in a high performing environment, supporting a diverse and growing sales community to support the delivery of significant double-digit growth in an engaging manner to promote employee satisfaction.  


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

In particular, the preferred candidate will be well-organized systems thinker with an outcomes focus.

  • Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, or project management
  • Ideally you also already know some of the different stakeholder groups in Avanade and can work to very tight deadlines
  • Supporting leadership to manage and sequence change through substantial transformational activities and developments
  • Supporting of the development of multi-year and annual strategies with measurable implementation plans
  • Cross functional stakeholder working relationships
