Job Description

Role Overview

In this new role, you are a key contributor to Avanade’s growth and industry leadership. You will facilitate Avanade's sales teams in successfully leveraging specific skills to provide efficient support in orchestrating and/or reporting on pipeline, account planning, territory analysis, revenue target definition and account planning.

You will provide administrative support, project management, analytics & reporting, and knowledge management support throughout the sales process to ensure the timely flow of knowledge, information, decisions and deliverables to the sales teams and customers.

Additionally, you will develop and implement relevant processes and materials to support the Client Success Office (CSO) in achieving sales growth targets.

Key Role Responsibilities

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of Avanade
  • Build assets, differentiators, and processes to support cross-selling
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of management decision tools
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant processes and tools for a given territory/region to support decisions and sales growth
  • Work closely with sales operations to ensure all data, systems and reporting are up to date
  • Support the yearly account planning process and continuous monitoring/reporting throughout the year with the CSO team, prepare professional, concise, and accurate presentations, and perform in-depth analysis to provide valuable insights
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting to inform strategic planning and decisions

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to read, understand and analyze data to provide valuable insights
  • Ability to think strategically and possess strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to resolve complex issues and promote a result-focused
  • Highly structured, process-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and timelines
  • Good track record in successfully and efficiently delivering projects
  • Deep interest in planification, operations, administrative tasks, always seeking to improve and the management of operations
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in business or sales (or relevant field)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
