Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a timely and accurate sales forecast and status reporting throughout all parts of the sales cycle and process
    • Apply understanding of the sales process and patterns among customers to provide insight and interpretation of sales-related data to support timely account planning and action
    • Effectively engage multiple stakeholders at different levels across the organization to ensure deadlines are meet and targets achieved
    • Manage the Territory and Targets annual process for a given geography, coaching regional sales leads throughout the process

Required Skills

·       Prior experience working in Finance, Sales, Bid Management or Sales Operations, preferably in a professional services, systems integrator (SI), or consulting business

·       Good communicator (oral & written) with a proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership

·       Deadline focussed

·       Team player with strong values and behaviours

·       Proactive and a self-starter

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders 

·       Proficient in data analytics and data manipulation

·       Advanced excel and good understanding of Power BI and CRM
