About the opportunity

As a Sales Associate you'll be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue for capability deals – across all account segments within an Industry portfolio - through prospecting, acquiring, developing and expanding business leads to achieve short- and long-term sales and revenue growth. You'll also develop long-lasting customer relationships with Accenture and gather referrals with both new and current accounts for solution and capability deals.

What you'll love doing

  • Apply and leverage the Sales Process (DEEPR) from lead generation, to deal review, and closing for capability deals.
  • Develop strong customer relationships with Accenture and drive acquisition of new customers if required.
  • Develop and execute Account Plans if required for Unmanaged or Maintain accounts and support ACALs on related industry accounts.
  • Manage capability sales performance, forecasting and revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Attend AMBG and pipeline calls.
  • Proactively manage the Accenture open pipe report for unmanaged accounts or ACAL assigned accounts across the industry.

  • Knowledgeable of sales pipeline management and sales and revenue quotas.
  • Able to leverage network of inside and outside stakeholders to increase influence.
  • Possess great organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate information to senior stakeholders.
