Job Description

As the Business Applications Solution Area Lead for our Southeast Asia region, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance and growth of Business Applications. You’ll develop the solution area business strategy, including oversight and delivery against sales and financial performance measures. In partnership with regional executives and the Area Solution Area Lead, you’ll strategize future offering investments to grow the business using the Microsoft Ecosystem.


Collaborate with business development teams and peer Solution Area Leads to drive offerings to target clients, including all stages of the deal pursuit, review and approval. Lead solution planning and design efforts across teams and workstreams to deliver value for clients, ensuring client satisfaction. Partner with executive level clients, ensuring they receive required engagement value and supporting future sales pipeline.


Manage the quality delivery of solutions to clients; meeting company and client financial expectations, mitigating future and resolving present quality and client delivery issues.


In this role, you will manage full-spectrum solutions delivery for clients. You will partner with Talent Community Lead and Regional Capability Lead on hiring, staffing, and resourcing skills needed for utilization and chargeability targets.


About you


You are a well-rounded consulting services professional. You understand the industry, the client perspective, the technology, the commercials, and the market. You are a great client communicator and mentor and leader to your team. You are comfortable in all client situations - a consulting pro.


Your skills, knowledge and experience encompass the below:


  • Extensive relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, delivery and business management ideally within a consultancy organization
  • 5 years of people leadership particularly.
  • Experience delivering large/complex CRM (or ERP) solutions within medium & large organizations.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications (D365).
  • Experience with sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management.
  • Ability to team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with offshore teams and delivery.
  • Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction.
  • Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and leading the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
