【業務概要】
プロジェクトマネージャーとして、上流工程である企画・コンサルティングから技術力を要す要件定義、設計、開発・構築・テスト、導入後、運用管理までのすべてのフェーズで経験を積み、スキルを発揮することができます。

【業務詳細】
Webアプリケーション開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダー、またはその候補として、下記の役割を担って頂きます。 主に、構築設計における品質/スケジュール/コスト管理およびマネジメント業務とプロジェクトチームの管理を行って頂きます。プロジェクトフェーズによっては、要件定義、基本設計等の上流工程からご対応頂く場合もございます。また、新規、または既存顧客に対する提案活動にもご参加頂くこともございます。

【案件の特徴】
プロジェクトとしては、
・.NET環境やマイクロソフト製品を活用した企業向け業務アプリケーションの構想設計および導入
・DevOps、アジャイルを通じ、最新のマイクロソフト技術を用いて、スクラッチ開発、パッケージのカスタマイズなどを組み合わせた最適なソリューションを構築し、顧客の課題解決
などがございます。

システム開発案件の企画・提案・要件定義・設計・導入・運用・保守と全般のライフサイクルの各フェーズのリード経験

  • システム開発プログラム・プロジェクトにおける以下の経験
      • 作業計画と進捗管理
      • 要員管理
      • 課題・リスク管理
      • 品質管理(プログラム開発・テスト)
      • スコープ管理
      • 見積と予算管理
  • 顧客への調整

Role Overview:
As a Mgr or Grp Mgr, Engineering Manager, you will play a role as the technical leader. You will guide project development and delivery, grow and coach engineering process and culture.

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience employing project management methods, tools, and techniques (e.g. creating estimating models and/or pricing models; creating work orders, managing project financials, creating and maintaining risk/issue logs, change control process).
- Good understanding of contract terms and interpretation.
- Some experience with offsite and offshore delivery preferred but not necessarily required.
